KFV genuine gearbox with a lift lever function and available with either a 35mm or 40mm backset

KFV cases are held on by rivets which will need to be drilled out in order to remove the case

Rivet Positions - Top to Middle:70mm Middle to Bottom:130mm

Operation: Lift Lever

Latch reversal: Depending on the date of manufacture either:

• Push in the latch and undo the screw in the back of the lock case, remove the latch, reverse and reinsert.
• Push in the latch and undo the screw in the side of the lock case to remove the latch, reverse and reinsert.
• Pull down the serrated button to rear of the case and at the same time pull out and reverse the latch, sometimes the serrated buttons are held in place by a tiny travel pin so the serrated button will need to be pushed down hard with a screwdriver to break the pin.
