Arbosil LMSis a one-part neutral cure silicone sealant that cures on exposure to moisture vapor, forming an elastic silicone rubber. With excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates, Arbosil LMS is designed for versatile applications in construction and glazing projects.

Application and Key Benefits of ARBOSIL LMS

Arbosil LMS is ideal for perimeter sealing of PVCu and PPC frames, movement joints in brickwork, glazing of insulating glass units and remedial glazing.

Note: Not recommended for overpainting, glass-to-glass butt joints, or use against natural stone.

Typical Shore Hardness: 25-30

Cure Rate at 20°C/65 % RH: 2mm/24 hours

Chemical Resistance: Resistant to most dilute acids and alkalis; organic solvents may cause swelling and loss of adhesion.

UV Resistance: Very Good

Service Life: 25 years+

Movement Accommodation: Butt joints (movement in tension and compression): 50 %.

Lap joints (movement in shear): 100 %.
